Kayak Storage

Dry Marina & Kayak Storage

Dry Marina

A dry marina facility is available nearby the barge ramp, offering the following benefits for you and your boat:

  • Tie down concrete blocks in your parking bay to secure your boat in strong winds
  • Water to flush your motor and wash your boat
  • A tow vehicle to launch and retrieve your boat
  • Parking separated and reserved for your boat
  • Rubbish bin
  • Fish cleaning table

For safety and security, all users must provide their own tie down ratchet strap to secure your boat, similar to those used on trucks.

An annual fee per boat applies.  This is to be payable in advance, and contributes to the fuel and maintenance of the tow vehicle, site maintenance, water and cleaning.  Contact us for further details.

Kayak Storage

For those who enjoy kayaking, Basil Bay Beach has a secure kayak storage facility, as well as shower and wash-down amenities.  Residents are welcome to utilise the storage facility, at a rate of $5 +GST/month per kayak.
