Native Plant Nursery

Landscaping & Gardening

As you may be aware it is a condition of use that we only use plant species that are indigenous to Keswick Island.  This means that we, as residents of Keswick Island, cannot introduce new species onto Keswick Island, as outlined in the Keswick Island Design Guidelines & Building Code governed by the Architectural Review Committee.

Please refer to the Keswick Island Approved Plant Species list of  indigenous plants to Keswick Island; thereby approved for use in gardens and landscaping.  Another useful guide for lot owners is the example landscaping plan for single-dwelling lots in the Keswick Island Landscaping Guidelines, which has been developed by landscape architects for Keswick Island.
