The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) application process is the framework within which building on the island is approved.  The ARC approval process is governed by the Keswick Island Design Guidelines and Building Code, which outlines a large amount of information regarding the design, approval and construction requirements.  Given Greaton Keswick is dedicated to preserving the island’s natural, pristine environment, sustainability is a significant part of the code, including requirements around power supply and water management.
